What if I need a service not listed on your plans?

Please use the contact form or e-mail us at Rick@PBCOnlineSolutions.com for a custom quote for your custom solution. There are many unique needs out there and we are sure to come up with a solution for all and each of them.

When will I be billed & charged?

We charge 100% of the one-time fee upfront, you will get easy access to oversee the development of the website. Upon final approvement of your project on our staging site, we will upload it to the discussed domain and hosting platform.

Domain and Hosting fees are collected on an annual base, each year on the day of delivery. I.E. we finished a website and launched it on 4/4/18 – then your annual fees for domain and hosting will be charged on 4/4/19.

Domain and Hosting fees can be avoided if you decide to use your own, instead of our solutions.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Credit & Debit Card payments as well as payments through a PayPal account. All payments go through PayPal as a payment processor.

How do I pay an invoice?

We will send you an electronic invoice with a secure unique link for you to process your payment via Credit/Debit Card or your account through PayPal. If you ever lose the invoice and/or link, just send an e-mail to webmaster@pbconlinesolutions.com to request a new one.

What happens if I don't renew my domain or hosting?

You can lose your website. The domain is the name and location of your website itself. The hosting is where the actual files of styling and content of your website is saved on. The renewals pay for the maintenance of both.

When your payments are late, you will get 3 reminders before your domain and/or hosting will be shut down or after 1 month being past due – whichever comes first.

Difference between Template and Custom Pages?

Template Pages are pre-made pages that are being filled in with content for your specific website. Either from your existing website, your own content or written by our SEO oriented writing team.

Custom Pages are completely made from scratch to tailor your exact needs in terms of layout, style and content. Just as with the template pages you can choose to have your own content written, or let our experts take care of that.

What happens if I want to switch designers?

We will gladly provide the logins to your new designer as long as there is no outstanding balance. We will not provide additional documentation or support to train your new designers. But we stand by our promise to not delete or alter any functionality or design to render them useless before they change ownership.
